It is important to note, however, that when you create an account for food delivery or takeout orders, place an online food order, participate in one of our rewards and loyalty programs, complete a survey or apply for employment online, you may be redirected to our Service Providers’ websites, which are operated by them. It is your responsibility to read their privacy policies and their separate privacy terms and conditions to better understand how these Service Providers handle your Personal Information. SHACK ATTAKK assumes no responsibility for how they may collect, use, share or otherwise handle your Personal Information.

Transactional information

SHACK ATTAKK does not collect, process or store your credit card information. However, we do use Service Providers such as Global payment and Payfacto, to process transactions you request on our Website, such as the purchase of gift cards. Again, it is your responsibility to read and understand the privacy policies of these Service Providers to better understand how your credit card information is handled and protected by these Service Providers.
